As CMO of Blue Room Innovation for the last four years, Laia has been key in positioning the company as a leader in the adoption of disruptive technologies such as blockchain. Her talent for combining technological innovation with creative marketing strategies has driven the company's growth and competitiveness. Laia knows how to connect with the market and translate the most complex ideas into clear and exciting messages that capture the attention and interest of the public.
Prior to joining Blue Room Innovation, Laia served as Marketing and Ecommerce Director at Eurekakids, where she transformed the digital strategy and led e-commerce projects, demonstrating her ability to handle both strategic planning and tactical execution. At Decathlon Spain, a multinational where she worked for 13 years, she led projects in the marketing and communication departments, as well as managing teams and business units in the physical retail environment.
Laia combines her practical experience with a solid academic background, including a Master in Innovation, Research and Product Development from the University of Barcelona. Her knowledge in digital marketing, inbound marketing, programmatic advertising and Google Analytics, acquired at institutions such as Inesdi Digital Business School, UNIR and KSchool, reinforces her ability to design and execute innovative campaigns that stand out in highly competitive markets.
