In his role as COO and CFO, Estel oversees daily operations and financial management, ensuring that every resource is aligned with strategic objectives and always maintaining a balance between expansion and business stability.

Estel brings more than 10 years of experience in financial and operational project management at both national and European level, being one of the key players in the direction of Blue Room Innovation. Her focus on process optimization and operational efficiency has allowed the company to not only excel in the innovation sector, but also maintain a solid foundation that drives projects that combine advanced technology with social impact. She is an active leader, always looking for new opportunities for growth and consolidation for the company.

With a solid academic background in Business Administration and Management, Estel complements her profile with a Master in Project Management (PMP) from La Salle BCN and a Master in International Cooperation from the University of Seville. Her career has been distinguished by her ability to manage complex and strategic projects, carrying out initiatives in diverse and challenging contexts. Her international experience in countries such as Argentina, Nicaragua and Brazil has provided her with a global vision and an exceptional ability to adapt to different cultural and economic realities.

Additionally, Estel has played key roles in high-impact organizations such as Doctors Without Borders, where she managed financial and human resources coordination in missions in Sierra Leone, Costa Rica and Mozambique, bringing her ability to handle complex and high-pressure situations. Her time at the University of Girona and Fraunhofer IDMT in Germany allowed her to hone her approach to project management and her analytical skills, contributing to the success of various knowledge transfer initiatives.
